3. Warranty
Products are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects only. The warranty does not cover wear and tear, incorrect installation, accidental damage, or misuse.

4. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted only for faulty or defective products within the applicable warranty period, subject to inspection and approval.

5. Liability
The Battery Factory is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Compliance
