The Battery Factory – Refund & Warranty Policy

At The Battery Factory, customer satisfaction is important to us. All products are covered by applicable manufacturer warranty and Australian Consumer Law.

Warranty Claims

Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover:

Incorrect installation
Overcharging or misuse
Physical or water damage
Normal wear and tear

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. Batteries may need to be tested before approval.

Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted only with prior approval.
Used or incorrectly installed batteries are non-refundable.
If a product is found faulty, we may repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.
Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
